It’s Not A Bribe, It’s A Gift.

Players take on the role of powerful Chinesefamilies trying to gain influence and power byexchanging gifts with Officials. The gift cards youoffer as a player has to be of a higher value thanthe one you receive, forcing you to make strategicchoices regarding which actions you want totake each turn. You will travel around China, saildown the Grand Canal, purchase precious jade,help construct the Great Wall, secure advantagesthrough decrees, influence the game throughintrigue, and ultimately, receive an audience withthe emperor. If only 1 player succeeds in doingso, he wins. If several players succeed, the playerwith the most VPs among those players wins thegame.
